AUGIS Roles
Chair of Audit Committee – appointed January 2009.
Major contribution to date has been the development and launch (September 2009 at the annual AUGIS meeting) of the National HPB Cancer Resection database and the allied Liver Ablation database.
Member of AUGIS audit committee – 2007-2009

Research Interests
1. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition in colorectal cancer and metastases
2. Chemo-prevention in colorectal cancer / liver metastases
3. The role of Notch signalling in pancreatic cancer
I am an author on over 200 publications in the medical/scientific literature and co-applicant on numerous research grants.
