Registration

The Association operates an online registration system. This facility is available to both AUGIS members and non-members and is aimed at providing a fast and convenient service. In particular, online registration ensures that our overseas' colleagues can register without difficulty. Please click on the button below to register now.

However, should you prefer to register by post and pay by cheque, (please make cheques payable to The Association of Upper Gastrointestinal Surgeons). Please click on the link below to download the manual registration form and return it to the AUGIS office, address below.

AUGIS 2011 Meeting Conditions of Booking

• A separate form is required for every delegate and every accompanying person (please photocopy if necessary).
• Please note that refunds will not be made on any registration or fees cancelled after Wednesday 24 August 2011.
• Cancellations made before Wednesday 24 August 2011 will be subjective to a 10% administrative charge.

Please note that delegates must register their attendance (either on-line or by post) before September 7th 2011, after this date delegates will have to pay the full onsite rate.
