Please find details below on how to register for the 26th AUGIS Annual Scientific Meeting, taking place at the Examination School in Oxford from the 27 - 29 September 2023.

Face to Face Delegate registration for all three days of the meeting. This includes any AUGIS drinks receptions and the full three days of the meeting. When registering you will have the opportunity to inform us of any essential dietary requirements or specific accessibility requirements.

Online Delegate registration is for all three days of the meeting. Online Delegate registration is for those who are not able to attend in person. Online registration will provide live access to the plenary sessions taking place on the Wednesday and Friday. For the Thursday parallel sessions the online access will be presentations and audio only. 

Please note that we do not offer one day only registration for either Face to Face or Online Delegates.

Please note that by registering for this meeting you are agreeing for AUGIS to display your name and hospital on your delegate badge, and to share your name and hospital details with our industry partners and faculty members. 

How to register

You can register online through the links below and if you are an AUGIS Member please ensure that you include your membership number when registering as this will allow you to view and book under the registration rate appropriate to your membership category. Please note that you will only see the discounted rate relevant to your membership category.

Face to Face Registration

We would like to encourage delegates to attend the meeting in person. Please find below the AUGIS 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting Face to Face (F2F) registration rates for AUGIS members and non-members, as well as our Dutch Delegates. 

The rise in costs has meant we have had to increase our registration fees for this year however we have tried to keep the increase from our 2022 fees to a minimum. 

We are happy to announce that our rates for Allied Health Professional members has however been reduced for this year. 

Don't forget that AUGIS members will need to include their membership number to view their membership rate.
