Mr Krish Ravi did his undergraduate training in India and qualified in 1989. He undertook further surgical training in India and UK. Specialist Upper GI surgical training was undertaken at Oxford which he completed in 2002. He has been practising as a Consultant General and Upper GI Surgeon at Chesterfield Royal Hospital since 2002. He has a busy clinical practice which is focussed on Benign Upper GI surgery. He has published several articles in peer reviewed journals.
He is currently the Council member for AUGIS of Great Britain and Ireland as Trent representative and also represents the emergency surgery subcommittee within AUGIS.
