The Roux Group Weekend Meeting starts at 12:30 on Friday 22 March and ends at 16:30 on Saturday 23 March 2024.

The Pre-Meeting Course is taking place prior to the start of the Roux Group Meeting on Friday 22 March between 09:00 and 11:30 at Chesford Grange Hotel. There are limited spaces available  and the fee to register is £20 per person.

The Association of Great Britain and Ireland (ASGBI) has awarded the Roux Weekend the following CPD/CME Points:
