Friday 22 March

On arrival at Chesford Grange, registered delegates will be able to collect their Delegate Badges from 11:30 - 12:30 in The Grange. Registration will be for Weekend Delegates and those only attending for the Friday. There will be refreshments for delegates on arrival. 

Saturday 23 March

Delegates registered for Saturday only will be able to collect their Delegate Badges from 08:30 - 09:00 in The Grange

For Delegates who have registered for the full Roux Weekend, including the Gala Dinner and hotel accommodation on Friday 22 March, there will be a dedicated desk for you to check in for you room in The Grange from 14:15 on Friday afternoon and you will then be able to collect your key from the dedicated desk from 17:15. Please note that check out time for your room is 11am on the Saturday morning. 

Room bookings are for single occupancy and for the one night only. If you have any other requirements, such as requiring additional nights' accomodation or double occupancy you will need to contact the hotel directly on 0330 1071599. 

Please note that your accommodation includes breakfast on Saturday 23 March in the River Room. Delegates will need to settle any additional expenses charged to their room directly with the hotel.

All refreshment breaks and lunch will be served in The Grange at Chesford Grange Hotel. Please refer to the programme for timings.

Dietary Requirements

You should have notified AUGIS of any dietary requirements on registration, however if you have not done so, then please contact the AUGIS office to inform us of any specific dietary requirements. You will need to make yourself known to the catering staff at the venue if you have specific dietary requirements. 

The Roux Weekend Gala Dinner will take place on Friday 22 March in the Kenilworth Suite from 19:15 to Late. 

Please note that the Gala Dinner is only open to Delegates who have registered for the Roux Weekend including Gala Dinner and Accommodation on Friday 22 March. Please contact the AUGIS office if you need to check whether you are registered to attend the Gala Dinner. 

Dress code - Smart

The Prayer Room is located in the Oberon room at the Chesford Grange Hotel for the duration of the two day meeting. The Oberon room is located close to the Othello Room on the lower ground floor and please ask the hotel staff for directions.

The Pre-Meeting courses will take place from 9am - 11.30am on Friday 22 March 2024, prior to the start of the main Roux Weekend Meeting.

Please note that the courses are only for those delegates who have pre-booked to attend.

If you have a presentation to upload, please bring your presentation to the Registration desk which will be based in The Grange on the Friday and Saturday, where Areeb Mian or a colleague will be able to upload your presentation for you. Could we ask that you do this as soon as you can on arrival to ensure that we have all the presentations collected in time for your session.  Presentations should be in Powerpoint or Keynote format.
