The Management of Reflux Disease Webinar: "Non-Surgical Management of Reflux Disease IQoro"

On Friday 12th of April an online education event ‘Non-Surgical Management of Reflux Disease IQoro’ will be hosted by BBUGSS President Kirk Bowling on behalf of AUGIS.

There has been increased interest from patients about this non-surgical intervention, BBUGSS would like to provide education and discuss around this device for teams treating reflux related conditions.
IQoro https://clinicians.iqoro.com/ is a simple handheld training device usually self-administered by the patient to address the underlying muscular causes of reflux and silent reflux. The device is deployed pre-dentally and is used for totally 1½ minutes per day.
IQoro is shown some effectiveness in treating reflux and other conditions in the swallowing chain including dysphagia. The product now has more than 100,000 users, is used in 100 NHS hospitals and is available on prescription in the UK.
