Poster Presentations

Posters will be presented electronically on digital poster boards during the meeting and online through the AUGIS Conference App.

Poster Presentation Information – Thursday 28 September 2023

Posters will displayed on the digital boards throughout the meeting in Room 7 (Ground Floor). Posters will also available on the AUGIS meeting app which will be available to all registered delegates.

At lunchtime on Thursday 28 September between 12:45 - 13:35 there will be a poster round. We ask the presenting author to attend the appropriate digital poster board for your category. Digital poster boards will be located in Room 7 , which is located on the ground floor of the Examination School.

There will be 2 poster reviewers who will ask a couple of questions regarding your poster. This will not be onerous and take at most a couple of minutes. We can’t give a fixed time. If an author is not present the poster will not be considered for the prize. If you are unable to be present during Poster Review Session, the reviewers will not be able to mark your electronic poster.

Following on from the Poster Review session, the reviewers will award one poster from each category as the best poster from that category.
